All Cheesecakes are suitable for the detox diet except for the Black Forest Cheesecake and the Chocolate Orange Cheesecake-made with lots of chocolate! Those participating in LENT can eat my cheesecakes,too!  I do not use any dairy, soy, rice, sugars or syrups of any kind and all cheesecakes are 100% organic and raw. So, I bet you are wondering....... How on earth does a cheesecake taste out of this world and yummy if there's no naughty ingredients? Well, I am a master of creating delicious food with very little ingredients. Many of you, who have come to my tasting parties know what I mean. :-)

My works of art are on sale for $65.00!! These cakes usually go for much more considering the cost to make them and the labor of love. The cake can last for over 6 months in the freezer, so if you slice it beforehand, imagine how long that cake will last and what a bargain it is. Think about your health, you could eat a twinkie, but then that twinkie would go to your hips, THIS CAKE WILL NOT, as it is GUILT FREE. Cheaper isn't always better, Folks! Vons, Ralph's, and Trader Joes can all beat out my price, but they can never ever offer you delicious GUILT FREE desserts made with love and organic ingredients.

I know the economy isn't what it used to be, but since I too, must make a living, I figure we might as well smile and eat cake and CAKE is what I do best!
